$100.00 for the first hour            $50.00 per hour thereafter

 

 

Special Engagement Party & Bridal Shower Coordination

 

$300.00 for planning & on site supervision the day of event

Most Important role in hiring a wedding coordinator is orchestrating the day itself. We will be on hand at the rehearsal, wedding Ceremony & reception to oversee all the logistics & pull your wedding together seamlessly and of course address any issues as they occur.

 

Fee: $600.00

 

Reception fee only $300.00

 

 

Full Wedding Planning Services

 

We will work with you step by step to create your personal dream wedding. Handle all the planning & guide you through the planning process & of course relieve the stress out of every stage.

Planning services include all the services mentioned under consulting as well as, Budget Management, vendor meetings/ negotiations/contract review/follow up & confirmation.  Schedule management, wedding day on site supervision of setup, ceremony, photo session & reception.

Fee: 10% of the total wedding budget  (initial consultation free; when booking the full package)
